WHAT IS KCLC?
The Kearney Community Learning Center (KCLC) provides academic based programs at Bryant, Central, Emerson and Kenwood elementary schools before school, after school and also full days in the school year. In addition, a summer program is also available.
KCLC provides a variety of clubs, academic programs, homework help, enrichment activities, recreation activities, field trips and snacks! KCLC is an engaing and energetic program that will help children succeed both academically and socially! Parents are invited to participate in programs and activities.
Breakfast, lunch (on full service days and summer days) and an afternoon snack are provided.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
Services are available to all elementary students (K-5). Students will be served on a first come first serve basis. Students attending Bryant, Central, Emerson and Kenwood elementary schools will be given priority.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
KCLC hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 am before school and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm afterschool, Monday through Friday during conventional and optional school calendars throughout the school year.

| *The KCLC will not deny services to any child based on the parents� ability to pay. Assistance may be available through HHS. |
HOW DO I REGISTER?
To enroll your child in KCLC, simply complete the registration form and return it to the KCLC office. You may also register at the school site or stop by the KCLC office at 310 West 24th Street. Students must complete an additional registration form for each full day. These additional forms are available at the school sites or the KCLC office.
