Communication with our parents and guardians is always a priority at Kearney Public Schools. We have several methods of communicating with our parents.

News Items on the Web
You can always find updated KPS News Items on the link under Parent Information. If you wish to register on this web site and choose to select the KPS News Items page, you will receive an email notice whenever new items are placed on the page.


ConnectEd Messaging System
ConnectEd is a telephone messaging system. Principals and teachers may leave a voice message for announcements and emergency notifications. You will be phoned if your FERPA statement is signed and your phone numbers are up-to-date in PowerSchool. Contact your school secretary to add or change your phone numbers.


SchoolTalk Online News
The KPS School District emails news and important school announcements such as reminders about early release days, parent-teacher conferences, etc... You must subscribe to this service to receive emails.

PowerSchool
PowerSchool is our online student information system. Parents and students may log on to view attendance, assignments, announcements and grades. Contact your school secretary for your login and password information.
